recently, the polymer based composite intelligent energy-saving film project cooperated by Shanghai Silicate Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Foshan fosu Technology Group Co., Ltd. has made an important breakthrough. After repeated tests, the trial production of 200mm wide film samples has been completed. In addition to excellent infrared light regulation performance, the film also shows high visible light transmittance, which can fully meet the requirements of practical applications. This product is not only efficient and energy-saving, but also intelligent and environmental protection, and belongs to the current international cutting-edge technology. After the industrialization of the project, the annual output value is expected to exceed 1billion yuan, and the product price is only about 1/3 of the non intelligent imported product (Low-E glass film)
the two sides signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement on August 24, 2010. The project has received the attention and strong support of Guangdong provincial governments at all levels and the Chinese Academy of Sciences to understand that it is not easy to come to today's society. The polymer based composite intelligent energy-saving film is a new generation of functions with groundbreaking significance, and the oil film can be appropriately replaced. Compared with the convenient film of Low-E glass sold on the market in the waste plastic modified plastic material receiving industry in China, its biggest feature is that it has the intelligent temperature control function of two-way regulation, and the core principle is that the VO2 temperature control layer, which acts as a switch for the transmission of infrared ray, is used in the film. When the temperature is lower than the phase transition temperature, the temperature control layer shows infrared transparency, which shows high solar infrared transmittance; When the temperature is higher than the phase transition temperature, the infrared blocking feature is displayed, which can greatly reduce the infrared transmittance of sunlight.
